Technology Update
 
How to email all or part of the Guild Board, Directors and Committee heads using Club Express email
You can now email all or some of the current Board, Directors and Committee heads directly from our Club Express website by following the detailed instructions below.
 
Below is the current list of those that have the ability to use Club Express email, in no particular order.
 
Randy Kloefkorn, Steve Sheppard, Martin Silver, Noor Abbady, John Champion, Gene Elston, Michael Lawsky, Robert Leighton, Ron McCord, Robert Phillips and Brent Richardson.

Log into the website and click Control Panel at the upper right of the screen.

In the control panel click on the Communication tab, and then under website modules click the Emailing button.

On the Emailing Administration page click the Add Emailing button.

On the New Emailing page click the Edit Distribution List button.

On the Emailing Distribution List Edit page click the Use Saved Distribution List dropdown and select the Board and Committee members list. The date that follows will be updated when the members change. Click Save.
 
Create the email as normal and send it.
 
If you want to add or delete members to the default Board and Committee member list, see instructions below.

Reselect the Edit Distribution List button and scroll down to see a list of the default members included in the list. Delete those that you do not want to be included by clicking the Trash Can icon to the right of their name.
 
You can also add other members to the email list by selecting from the To dropdown One member selected from the database (fourth from the bottom of the list), then click the small red Select text under the dropdown.

Type in all or part of the member's last name (1), click Search (2), click on the name (3), then click Select (4). Then click Add to add them to the list. Be sure you scroll down to verify the member was added and to make sure someone was not added inadvertently. Click the Save as a pre-defined list and give the list a name if you feel you will use this revised list frequently. DO NOT rename the current default list.
Create the email as normal and send it.
